The project required a highly coordinated multi-trade approach due to the complexity of carbon composite structures, keel ram systems, and large-scale exterior refinishing. Works were delivered across hardstand, splash setup, and controlled yard environments with carefully staged sequencing to manage technical access and structural sensitivity.
Scope overview
Yard operations & vessel handling – hardstand setup, haul/launch operations, storage management, utilities, access systems, scaffolding, lifting operations, vessel movement coordination, and project management.
Hull preparation, coatings & underwater works – waterblasting, antifouling, barrier systems, hull scraping, Propspeed, anode replacement, corrosion protection, underwater repairs, and paint systems.
Structural, keel & rigging works – keel ram and hydraulic keel servicing, structural repairs, welding and fairing, deck modifications, mast setup/repairs, rigging works, and deck hardware reinstatement.
Mechanical, propulsion & onboard systems – engines, generators, gearboxes, shafts, propellers, rudders, thrusters, hydraulics, refrigeration, pumps, fuel, water systems, and electrical diagnostics.
